There are three ways to submit a support ticket: click the LabTech icon in your menu bar, send us an email or give us a call at 417.886.1751. No matter how you reach out, though, there are four things we'll always need from you.

To help you quickly, we need to know who you are, where you're calling from, how to reach back out once we've fixed your problem and what the problem is that you're experiencing. We'll do our best to keep you updated on the progress of your ticket with periodic emails, but if you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help you!
